Poem that was presented at the Oromo Youth talent show in Mpls MN by Ramadan(RJ) Ibrahim. The poem speaks about the oromo nation’s sociopolitical struggle, cultural pride and nationalism. All presented through diaspora voice.

The way of the wise

Asafa T. Dibaba is a poet, human right activist, exert in Oromo Folklore and Resistance culture, ex-prisoner of conscience under the TPLF regime and was a lecturer of Comparative Literature at University of Addis Ababa.

Qubee Generation Voice

The poem reflects how the new generations reflect their Oromummaa in their diaspora life.
