Vision: We envision a world where all people empowered to create opportunity for themselves and others.
Mission: Our mission is to promote and advance causes of people who are disadvantaged through advocacy, community education, orientation and information, cultural performances, awareness raising and promotion.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
A broad range of social, linguistic & cultural, historical, educational, community support, religious activities.
IMPACT
Since its establishment, A4O has worked with Oromo refugees and asylum seekers from Kenya, Uganda, Eritrea, Egypt, and Ethiopia, to enhance their opportunities for social engagement and participation in various events within the community. For the past 10 years, the focus of the Association are the newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers.
